Following the tried and tested four week program, and our unique gastric band procedure, your consultant will provide further guidance over the following eight weeks at a pace that you both agree. And the mind gym will trick your brain into thinking you are actually taking regular exercise!

FOUR WEEK PROGRAM PLUS!

This program includes our tried and tested one to one four week program and includes the Amazing Mind Gym and the Virtual Gastric band. Specifically designed for those who need to reduce just a couple of dress sizes. The gastric band will take place on an additional hypnotherapy session and is a valid, cost effective and safer alternative to the real surgical procedure. And the mind gym will trick your brain into thinking you are actually taking regular exercise!
